Pineapple Preserve

Pineapple Preserve is made using the Golden Pineapple: the variety that changed everything. Sweeter than the pineapple you'll find in any supermarket, with barely any acidity and that unmistakable golden skin, it's a genuinely different fruit. We source ours fresh from Costa Rica, the world's largest grower, where they're grown to their naturally golden peak.

We take the whole pineapples, chop them ourselves in our Bristol factory, and jam them immediately. A touch of fresh lemon juice lifts the flavour, and that's it. Nothing else. The result is a soft-set preserve that actually tastes like fresh pineapple: intensely tropical, naturally sweet, and a world away from anything tinned.
